of the megalithic stones over a small area. The richest excavation sites lie to the north and west of the village: Fittas di Aratu, San Michele, Urrui, Ovostolai, Nostra Signora del Monte, Tramassunele, Calchinargios, Fiolo, Garunele, Serra Oddorai. 18 villages with more than 1000 huts have been found; 45 nuraghi, 4 of which of the so-called corridor type; the most famous nuraghe is Dronnoro, which is easy to see from the built-up area; 25 giants' tombs; 55 domus de janas.
